These Terms of Service govern the use of Pietro De Filippis (the “App”), the TikTok for Developers app of pietrodefilippis.it used by the TK TikTok Gallery WordPress plugin provided by Pietro De Filippis (TecnikGeek). By installing the plugin or connecting a TikTok account to it you accept these Terms.

1. Service

The App displays the public TikTok videos of the account connected by the website owner in a gallery on that owner’s WordPress website, using the TikTok Login Kit, the Display API and TikTok oEmbed.

2. Your account and content

You may connect only a TikTok account you own or are authorized to manage. You remain the owner of your content and are responsible for publishing it on your website. You must also comply with the TikTok Terms of Service.

3. Free and PRO plans

The free version shows videos from public links (oEmbed). The PRO version, under a license, connects a TikTok account through the Display API. Licenses are sold on pietrodefilippis.it.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the App to collect data of other users, to bypass TikTok limits or to display content that violates the law or TikTok policies.

5. Availability and liability

The App depends on TikTok APIs, which may change or be interrupted. The App is provided “as is”; to the extent permitted by law, Pietro De Filippis is not liable for indirect damages or for interruptions caused by TikTok or by the hosting of the website.

6. Termination

You can stop using the App at any time by disconnecting your account or uninstalling the plugin. Data processing is described in the Pietro De Filippis Privacy Policy.
